As we expand our footprint, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team and drive growth.

Role Overview: The Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, focusing on law firms and legal professionals. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and converting leads into long-term partnerships. This role requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of the legal services industry and a passion for technology-driven solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients within the legal industry, including law firms and individual legal professionals.
  • Sales Outreach: Conduct cold calls, emails, follow-ups to engage and meet face to face potential clients, delivering compelling presentations of our platform’s value proposition.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
  • Client Feedback: Gather and communicate client feedback to the product development team, ensuring our platform continues to meet market demands.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management on progress towards targets.

 

Qualifications and competencies:

  • Experience: 2+ years in a sales role, preferably within the SaaS or legal services industry.
  • Language: English, German, French 
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of the legal services market and the challenges faced by legal professionals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively. Good listener
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
  • Results-Driven: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong networking abilities with a client-first mindset.
